As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I provide online mental health services to individuals aged 18 and older in Texas, Minnesota, Florida, and Wisconsin. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video therapy platform, offering you privacy, flexibility, and convenience—wherever you are.

I specialize in working with adult individuals who may seem high-functioning on the outside—but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside.
